This Medici Villa, built in the 16th century, was transformed into a luxury hotel in 1948 and purchased by the Villa d’Este Group in 1998. The hotel, member of the Leading Small Hotels of the World, offers 37 rooms decorated in the Renaissance style and featuring modern facilities. The Verrocchio Restaurant with its terrace overlooking the Arno offers Italian and traditional Tuscan dishes. The Villa is the perfect location for weddings and banquets for up to 100 people, held either by the pool or in the “Limonaia” room in an atmosphere of great charm. Catholic Mass can be celebrated in the small chapel with a sacristy, dating back to the XIX century, that can hold a maximum of twenty-five people. Villa La Massa offers the possibility of exclusive takeover of the venue.

The hotel offers its guests 37 rooms, all different from one another, and all refurbished in the traditional Florentine style. They are located in the 3 villas: the Noble Villa, the Old Mill and the Little Villa and all overlook the beautiful Tuscan countryside or the River Arno. Recently a new and splendid Presidential suite with private garden has been open to the public. The spacious and airy rooms are decorated with antique furniture, fabrics woven at the historic Florentine textile mills, wrought iron and woodwork from the famous old-time Florence cabinet makers.
